Khaled is highly experienced in Middle East and Africa hotel markets. Khaled has proven experience in opening new hotels, hotel management, revenue management, feasibility studies, e-commerce management, pricing strategy and sales and marketing, and finance management.

Osama Wagdy
A seasoned Hotelier professional with progressive 42 years of experience in Operation, preopening, and people development. He is a certified trainer with well-developed organizational, communication and leadership skills, an ability to quickly analyze, with excellent interpersonal skills gained through years of successfully working in often high-pressure environments.
Osama Held a Master's certificate from Cornell University, in addition to (CHDT) & (CHS) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association Educational Institute, and is a Certified Hotel Manager from Cornell University & the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism.
He has held and progressed through career positions with national and international hotel chains inside and outside Egypt from front office manager to hotel General Manager.
In addition to his vast experience in the industry; for the last 15 years he has been extensively dedicated towards training and people development in coordination with many national and international institutes and organizations such as the American Hotels & Lodging Educational Institute (AH&LEI), the Egyptian Tourism Federation (ETF); Edinburgh College, Scotland –U.K.; TVET Egypt; Qualifications Development Bank (QDB), City & Guilds, International Labor Organization (ILO), CID Consulting, IQ consulting…and many others.
